My ideal clients are people who are open to change. Therapy takes a lot work and I love helping people make changes to improve their daily lives. It does not matter to me if the issues have been going on for years or days. Most of my experience comes from working with anger in individual and group settings and I love working with this population.
I have had experience working with anxiety, depression, grief and loss issues, post traumatic stress disorder, and with people adjusting to change in their lives. I use an eclectic model in working with my clients. It has the flexibility to meet my clients where they are. I am a caring individual who genuinely cares for my clients and their well being.
At times I may challenge my clients to help them reach their goals. A little bit about me: I am married with two children. I was raised in a small town in Central Wisconsin. I worked my way through college as a health unit coordinator in the hospital. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin Stout with a Master of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling.
